Sahan Anton Perera
Principal Attorney-at-Law
Sahan Perera is the Principal Attorney of Terranton Law, with a practice focused on corporate and commercial law and intellectual property. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the United Kingdom and is an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, a Commissioner for Oaths, a Company Secretary, and a Registered Intellectual Property Agent.
Sahan advises local and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters, with particular experience joint ventures, cross-border commercial transactions, foreign direct investment, power and energy projects, franchising, labour and employment, and corporate dispute resolution.
His practice also extends to structuring and implementing legal and regulatory frameworks for complex business operations and infrastructure projects in Sri Lanka, including end-to-end legal support for foreign investors entering the Sri Lankan market.

Ameer is a Corporate Legal Counsel and Cross-Border Specialist with over nine years of experience in corporate law, international arbitration, regulatory compliance, and risk management across Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates.
He has advised clients across a wide range of sectors, including maritime, oil and gas, fintech, real estate, sports, aviation interiors, and IT consulting, providing strategic legal guidance on complex cross-border operations and commercial transactions.
Ameer’s practice is focused on delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions that help clients navigate regulatory frameworks, mitigate legal and commercial risk, and achieve long-term, sustainable growth in both domestic and international markets.
Bhagya Silva

Bhagya Silva, sworn in as an Attorney-at-Law in 2019, is a legal practitioner and academic with a strong interdisciplinary background in commercial and public international law.
She holds an LL.B (Hons) from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Arts specializing in International Relations, and an LL.M from the University of Colombo. Her practice focuses on contract drafting, arbitration, business negotiations, and related areas of commercial law.
In addition to her legal practice, Bhagya is actively engaged in academic research and legal scholarship, bringing a balance of analytical rigor and practical insight to her work and client advisory services.
